MAX ULV is a two-component epoxy based resin system designed to provide a very long working time and ultra low viscosity. It is suitable as an impregnating resin for VARTAM resinfussion process. MAX ULV can also be utilized in large casting and tooling applications. Because of its slow room temperature reaction it generates low exothermic temperature at its peak reaction. The combination of low heat development and long pot life is beneficial for a number of applications, e.g., encapsulation of heat sensitive materials, multi-layered filament winding and other process sensitive applications.
