New e.r. wagner set of four casters, swivel, 4" lock

They were briefly used once for a test. I wish I knew more about these, far as the part number and the exact specs. They seem to be heavy duty, swivel, ball bearings, and lock/non-lock switch. They are heavy! Please feel free to ask any questions, I'll try to answer them!
