This is a brand new (in the box) 1" travel Dial Indicator.
This is a full featured indicator with the following specs: 2-1/8" diameter face calibrated to .001", separate revolution counter hand, 360 degree adjustable bezel face, adjustable start/stop markers on bezel, back plate that can be repositioned in 90 degree increments to alter the mounting lug position, removeable tip on stem, and much more.
This is a great tool for setting up stock in a 4-jaw independent chuck on your wood or metal lathe, aligning shaper blades, making fine adjustments to you table saw, finding the exact center of a round workpiece to be bored in your drill or vertical mill, etc, etc, etc. If you want it to be precise, this indicator will get you there. It is very well made, and will give you years of good service if used carefully.
