New carbide special rare countersink deburr tool cutter

Additional Info ...... This cutter also has flat cut on the bottom out near the edges, and on the tips of that part of the cutter is a small chamfer. It is almost set up to countersink and counterbore at the same time. It is a special tool but since it is razor sharp and like new, (probably a resharp) it should work great as a deburring tool for quite some time.
