These units were removed from a working high volume packaging line making Sunshine and other famous brands of Oyster Crackers. The pushers were used to move empty cartons into place using a system of skate conveyors and then moving them on after the cases were filled.
The piston travel is about 2 feet. It is probably adjustable but have not tested it. These units can move nice sized boxes and were used to intiate 90 degree transfers between sections of roller/skate conveyor.
While these particular units have not been tested by us, those other components from the same line which we acquired that have been tested, work perfectly and are used in our plant. It was an operational line at a major manufacturer and was maintained.
NOTE: Clean condition of piston housing interior and air manifolds. We just removed the top and took this photo, we did not clean it.

Nice cushioned bumper at end of piston.

Some pressure guage faces were damaged by the riggers. These can easily be replaced for about $6 each and normally equipment will work without them.
