The ILX Lightwave FPM-8210 Fiber Optic Power Meter measures optical power from bare fiber or connectors through the same input port for reliable comparison. Virtually insensitive to polarization state or to pattern changes from fiber orientation, the meter delivers repeatable high-resolution results. This factory measurement system will drive down your component PDL specs while increasing your test throughput.
This unit has +001 dB typical polarization dependent response and single input port for both connectors and bare fiber measurements. Also it provides large measurement head for production stability and measure up to +33 dBm at pump wavelengths (I less than 1000 nm)
