The dimensions are 4cm x 4cm x 4 mm thick They are hermetically sealed with silicon. They operate from 0 to 15 volts, from -40 to 85 degrees. One side gets hot the other side gets cold, reverse the polarity and the opposite happens. It will freeze if properly set up. The part has been tested for about a year and should will function perfectly for at least another 19 years; they are guarantied to work like new. They all will have some residual thermal grease still on them.
