Stiefelmayer prazision 0,3 mm/m machinist level iob

Okay, I don't know much about these things other than I believe they are machinists levels. This one measures 4" square and is in great conditon. There is some light rusting on the outside metal part looks like probably from moisture. This is made by Stiefelmayer Prazision and is marked 0,3 mm/m. This comes in a wooden box and has the top part of the foam protection sheet missing.
