These are electrically and pin out similar to hlmp-2400.
LED is marked as hp 8900. Tube label states QLMP-2370. These should be electrically and pin out similar to hlmp-2350 but not quite as red. I am going to guess these are closer to 235nm wavelength. Tube date code 27 or 31 MAR 1981. I have no other information on these.
