The new Triple Action Locking System is a powerful combination of a downward,outward, and
inward force simultaneously locking the quick-change toolholder rigid and precise>
Locking gears and gibs are made from chromium-molybdemum allow steel.
The core thru hardness is 40-44Rc and the surface is Ion-Nitrided with hardness 60-64Rc to assure long working lie and rust resistance.
Coolant sytem activates automatically when locked in on the tool post and is shut off once the toolholder is released.
Coolant flows through the holder onto the cutting edge of the insert
When industry standard quick-change (without coolant) tool holders are are used, the coolant hose can be attached directly to the tool post.
Fully interchangeable with any industry standard quick change toolholders
