This is a new 3M Radial Bristle Brush for a bench grinder. It is still in the box. It is black plastic with brown plastic bristles. The box says that brown means 36X grade "More Aggressive." Recommended Operating Speed 3,000-5,000 RPM. P/N (48011-) 27603-8. It measures 6 inches across. It has 4 inserts to fit 7/8", 6/8", 5/8", and 1/2". It has an instruction paper with it.
