Here we have QTY.1 Super sharp NEW LEFT HAND SPECIAL Tap. It is not a spiral point.
It is a 3 flute PLUG tap. HSS HSG NF
Says -.010" on it so it is under size just a little bit
This is not an actual photo but it is pretty much identical to the one in the photo, I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
