Veritech microwave inc. amplifier - 100 khz. to 5 ghz.

Subject Veritech microwave inc. amplifier - 100 khz. to 5 ghz.
The amplifier has a gain of 17 +/- 2 dB over the range of 100 KHz. to 5 GHz.
It has both a non-inverting and inverting output.
Please see photo showing a picture of the device as well as the gain versus frequency
plot as measured on a HP 8917C Network Analyzer with an input power of -10 dBm.
The measured gain versus input power is as follows: Pin (dBm) Gain (dB) @ 5 GHz. (non-inverting output)
* - 30 15.5
* - 20 15
* - 10 15.5
* - 5 15
* + 5 13
Results are similiar for the inverting output.
There's even an internal detector that provides a D.C. output proportional to the power.
The original plots taken will be included with the device. The amplifier requires both a +15 and -15 supply voltage.
Current requirements are approximatley 700 milliamps for the +15 volt supply and 250 milliamps for the -15 volt supply.
Based on the Gain vs. Pin data the maximu output power is approximately +18 dBm.
