The R-Columbia TR-50 is a wireless 2-way intercom headset using FM radio, which allows 2 or more people to communicate over a 500-ft radius. It is completely self-contained and portable. It is specifically designed to operate in high background noise environments, featuring full ear protection. It has a built-in volume control and antenna. Multiple headsets can be used in the same vicinity and on the same channel, or isolated from other users by selecting different radio channels. The channel can easily be changed by swapping the crystal located on the side of the earpiece. This is a high quality, professional headset. Reception is crystal clear because of FM signal, which reduces noise and fading. NOTE: Not suitable for use in hazardous or explosive environments.
