This OPTRON Brand Bi-axial Displacement Follower is in excellent condition and functional. It consists of a control unit (Model# 561), optical head (Model# 806), and a light source (Model # 565). It also comes with Optron 575 which has two outputs, velocity and acceleration.
This system is a non-contact "real-time" motion measurement instrument that solves measurement problems where other instruments fail. It can measure the displacement of remote or inaccessible objects, either single axis or bi-axial. The camera tracks the motion of the target and provides an analogue output proportional to its displacement. It also has a 10KHz bandwidth.
