This item is brand new never used or installed. The only reason the box is open is to take a picture of the item. Included with the pump is the operating manual, original box, and an adapter kit. This pump was purchased to replace an Aquascape 7500 pump which is no longer available. However, I have gone a different route with my pond and will not be needing this pump. The adapter kit attaches the pump to your check valve (check value not included). This pump is also rated for waste water or sewage. It has a high head pressure so it works great for ponds and waterfall, especially if it is pushing water up hill.
