* When air is being heated beyond 30000 degrees F an ionic modification occurs and air arrives at its fourth stage: plasma. This plasma beam effortlessly cuts every electro conductive material. Instead of using expensive argon or nitrogen you cut with compressed air. Cutting speed ensures a high efficiency and operating expenses are kept low. There is no material warping caused by heat. Accurate cuts render further treatment unnecessary and metal wasting is being minimized.
* Our new Berlan Inverter Plasma Cutter combines the world's latest technology. Its web cut of up to 12mm in steel allows to cut all metals accurately.
* The unit is controlled by an inverter adjustment control whose special features like high speed and precise control allow an excellent quality for cuts of all types of metals.
* Moreover the inverter adjustment control allows a reduction in weight and volume of the transformer as well as of the escape resistor. As a result this unit does not weigh 50kg as previous ones but only 9 kg and dos not need a power current connexion. This is really special for a unit of such features. This is further facilitated by its energy-saving working mode.
* You need a compressor producing about 120 litres of air per minute to be able to work with this unit.
* The scope of delivery includes an air-pressure adjustment control, an earth cord and a cutting cord with cutter head support. A 230V power cord is supplied.
