The DIL10 is a 32-bit Channel Digital Input Latch which allows rapid data comparison and provides variable input thresholds. It can be used with the Digital Output Latch (DOL10) for testing propagation delays of components or systems. The DOL10 also allows diagnostics on the DIL10. Additionally, the DIL10 can interrupt on error, buffer full, or compare match. It allows direct input or strobed input with handshaking. It can also utilize the CT.BUS for its trigger and output to the CT.BUS Buffer Ready and Output Strobe signals. The programmable threshold capability allows the DIL10 to act as a 32-channel voltage comparator as well.
