El-o-matic? pneumatic rack and pinion actuator valve

This is an El-O-Matic pneumatic rack and pinion actuator valve, I think or at least it is a similar type if not made by El-O-Matic. I can find no information on the valve itself but the Herion valve is a cat number 2636247 1-10bar. This is a positioned controlled unit that has a Herion solenoid attached to it. This appears to be a brand new unit from the top controller but I'm not to sure if the valve is new or rebuilt. It is definetly not used since the unit is to clean and has no residue on it.
