FLASH HI PERFORMANCE MICROCONTROLLER
PIC18LF8720-I/PT, Flash High Performance Microcontroller with 10 Bit A/D Converter, 80 Pin TQFP, FLASH configuration, Quantity 3, MICROCHIP.
This 8-bit microcontroller packs Microchip's PIC18 architecture with 128K bytes of Enhanced FLASH program memory, 4K bytes of RAM, 1K bytes of data EEPROM, two Addressable USARTs, and the largest selection of analog and digital peripherals, including External Memory Addressing (up to 2M bytes).
It is ideal for connectivity applications that benefit from the availability of the double asyncronous serial port, the flexible synchronous serial port as well as large amounts of RAM buffer memory and FLASH program memory.
Applications include manufacturing equipment, instrumentation and monitoring, data acquisition, power conditioning, thermostats, environmental monitoring, telecommunications, and audio/video.
