Mayfran consep 2000 chip conveyor fits mori and mazak's

This chip conveyor was purchased new by a company in Indiana who used it for cast aluminum. They only ran it for 9 months. Then they switched to an in floor chip conveying system since this was one of 6 machines total. All six conveyors were in storage for over 4 years when I purchased them about 1 1/2 years ago. I needed one of them for my Mori SH500 horizontal. It replaced a Turbo Microfine Conveyor. The Mayfran is so much easier to run its not funny. Much heavier duty and less work. I just 2 months ago replaced my Mayfran standard chip conveyor from my Mazak PFH-4800 with another of my used Consep 2000's. I only cut iron with this machine. The Consep 2000 is working perfectly. The iron fines are being removed wonderfully. I do not know of a better conveyor. I have owned Turbo and Mayfran and the difference is incredible. The Mayfran weighs about double and is much heavier duty. My Turbo Microfine that I had behind my Mori fell apart. I was cutting Aluminum 24/5 days a week and it only lasted a couple of years. If the last 6 months have been any indication the Mayfran will last forever. I have not had to touch it. Remember I put both conveyors on my machines that were sitting for 4 years and only run for 9 months prior.
I put two of the six units on my machine's the way they came in. The paint was all peeling off and were filthy and full of aluminum chips. They have been working perfectly since.

TAKEN FROM THE MANUAL: Consep 2000 is designed to remove all types of materials, such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, etc, from a stream of coolant. The bulk of the material is handled by the top mounted primary conveyor. The separation of the small chips and fines is produced by a single self-cleaning rotating drum wrapped with a fabric mesh filter element. The drum is continuously cleaned by an internal spray system and is protected by the primary conveyor directly above the separator conveyor. The drum has a sprocket that engages the conveyor chain. This makes the drum rotate whenever the conveyor is operating.
This conveyor is equipped with all of the bells and whistles. It has a flood coolant pump, a standard coolant pump, a refill pump for a high pressure unit. It has a built in stainless skimmer and also a float for coolant level check. It has a fluid level sensor that is not functional. It is included in case you know how to work it. I have not been able to figure ours out. It has the pump for the fine's chip drum. The plug-ins for the unit connect right to the back of the Mori Horizontals. I was a little naive to think it would work right off the bat as soon as I plugged ours in. Since my machine came with a Turbo conveyor it did not have all of the electronics in the conveyor like the Mayfran does. The Turbo was just plug and play. The Mayfran wasn't. It took about 2 hours for my electrician to get it working properly. Not the conveyor! The machine! I am being as up front and honest as I possibly can. It is the only way I do business. I am not a machinery dealer. I am a precision CNC machining company.
