Centralab EA7 microminiature photovoltaic detector (photocell). Brand new and unused old stock from 1991. Sold by All Electronics back in the mid-nineties as their part number PVD-1. These unique devices generate electricity and are low impedance, making them ideal for matching to a simple transistor amplifier for control applications. IBM Part No. 363188, AO Part No. 61-1096.
