These cans are brand new, and are factory sealed. However, there is a few dents on the cans. This does not affect the product itself.
A very fast setting, blue PVC cement formulated for wet conditions and/or when quick pressurization is needed. For Schedule 40 and Schedule 80, Types I and II up to 6". NSF listed for use in potable water, sewer, drain, waste and vent systems.
* Medium-bodied blue colored cement for PVC pipe and fittings. Up to 6" diameter.
* Very fast-setting cement formulated for wet conditions and/or quick pressurization and fast installation.
* Recommended for ALL grades and types of PVC pipe and fittings, potable water, pressure pipe, gas, conduit and DWV.
* Recommended application temperature 40°F to 100°F.
* No primer needed on non-pressure DWV, where local codes permit.
