The Universal Counter is in excellent condition, aside from a few small scratches. The front panel is very clean and all of the dials function perfectly.
The counter has the following features:
* Period: 1 microsecond to 999.99 seconds
* Totalizes events from 0 to 99,999 at a maximum rate of at least 80 MHz.
* Internally selectable frequency or rpm operation, internal time base or external standard, and override display storage.
