We are not able to test this controller. The boards appear to be clean and show no signs of heat from a failure. There are no batteries installed. The cover is clear of any writing or damage. One of the standoff nuts that supports the cover is missing.
This controller can be returned within 14 days if it is found to be failed in any way.
