USED: HPM 4-1/2" single screw extruder, model TM-60-45-24. 24:1 L/D ratio. Non-vented 5 zone barrel. Electrically heated, water cooled, with tank, heat exchanger and pump. Water cooled feed throat. No hopper. Driven by a 250 hp, 500 volt DC motor thru a Prodex herringbone gearbox, type TM60A-262. Ratios 16.2/14.02:1, GE DC drive panel. Includes die clamp with adapter and control panel with Barber Coleman MAE digital controllers. Approx 52" centerline height.
