You are considering a used surplus, Economy Valve Seat Company, valve re-seating kit. According to the included brochure, this kit was called the "Senior" kit, and looks to be the largest valve seating kit they offered. This kit is desgned to re-seat / repair leaky plumbing faucets, bibbs, traps, concealed fittings, ball cocks, valves etc.. This kit looks to be complete and in overall good condition. Although I have been unable to find a complete parts breakdown for the kit, so I am "guessing" that it is complete. There are several packs containing brass valve seats, springs, rubber washers, etc. included with the kit.
