Vintage bakelite radio city 480 multimeter as is

Hi Folks: I have here a RADIO CITY PRODUCTS MODEL 480 MULTITESTER as shown below
According to my testing it is not working correctly (I bet the cap needs replaced)
Guts are clean and corrosion free. I took the back off and photograped the inside for you to see
Pretty clean unit but back cover has 2 hairline cracks
I think its bakelite but can't swear to it
