Heavy duty rack-and-pinion gears and a keyed shaft produce exceptional torque output and good durability. Shafts turn at fixed 90° , 180° , 270° , or 360° rotation and have standard ANSI keyways . An adjustment screw allows you to reduce the fixed angle by as much as 30%. Unlike indexing tables, actuators are double-acting—they have two compressed air ports; one to rotate in a clockwise direction and another to rotate in a counterclockwise direction. Body is anodized aluminum. Maximum pressure is 150 psi. Temperature range is -20° to +200° F. Actuators are not switch ready or repairable.
