Delta rockwell cutler hammer switch

This New Old Stock Cutler-Hammer switch was used on the Delta - Milwauke/Rockwell factory motors for various machines. It is a double pole toggle switch with a hole at the end of the toggle to attach the optional push-pull bar. The switch is rated at 10A @ 250V, 20A @125V and 1.5 HP @125 - 250V. The two #4-36 screws use to mount the switches are included.
These switches were attached to a mounting plate below the the junction box cover plate and on some motors they were screwed to the junction box cover plate. I have a PDF file with photos of a mounting plate and cover plate that can be used as a template to fabricate those parts from 14 ga sheet metal if you need to do that.
