This is an Air Check 1 Gas Detection System made by NOVA Systems (here is their website ).
If your going into any confined space or potentially hazardous area, this is a MUST HAVE!!!!!!!
If you check the website these sell for well over $1100.00! I just have no use for it and would love to make a couple bucks on it! No catch, it's just a waste of money because I will never use it. It is new! Never been used!
The features of this system include the following: (This information comes from the User Manual)
-The Air Check 1 system uses all solid state electronics to continuously monitor the atmosphere for combustible gases such as methane, propane, gasoline, etc. Audible and visual signals are emitted from the Controller when the Probe detects an alarm condition.
-The Probe is equipped with a permanently attached 25-foot cable. The Probe is approved as intrinsically safe only with the attached 25-foot cable or with an attached 225-foot optional extension for the maximum length of 50-feet. The cable connects to a receptacle in the Probe storage recess area in the Controller. The Probe receives its power from the Controller and the Controller receives alarm signals from the Probe via the cable.
-The Air Check 1 is approved for use when the Controller is connected to 110-120 Volts, 60Hz AC only.
-When in use, the Controller must be located in a non-hazardous (Classified) location where electrical power is available.
-The Probe may be located in Class 1, Division 1, Group A,B,C or D hazardous (Classified) locations.
