Rocker wedge for south bend 9 10 toolpost toolholder

Replace that lost or broken wedge. This rocker wedge fits South Bend toolpost with ring #PT251NK1, (this is the ring number not the wedge number) . However it may fit other toolposts. Made from 4140 chrome moly steel, double drawn (tempered) back to a Rockwell "C" scale of 40, plus or minus a couple of points. This RC hardness means it is extremely tough and fracture resistant. Please check out the dimensions listed below to determine fitment for yourself.
3 1/16" spherical radius (radius not diameter)

TIP: To check the radius of your holder, take a compass and carefully set to a radius of 3 1/16". Strike an arc on a piece of paper, light cardboard or construction paper. Carefully cut to the line, and you will have a makeshift radius gage to check the radius of your ring for fitment.
