Combination standard pole/fine pole rectangular chuck with full active width for grinding. The pole-plate has closely spaced brass gaps enabling small workpieces as well as medium and large workpieces to be clamped. The "multi-energenic" magnetic circuit offers a high magnetic attraction which is homegenous over the entire workholding area. To prevent distortion the circuit is designed to produce only a small temperature rise. The multiple poles used in the circuit enables different electrical connections to be made to obtain a variable pole pitch. Furnished with clamps, side and end stops on the pole plate and a power supply cable.
