80/20 Inc METRIC 40 Series 2 Hole Access Hole Drill Jig for #40-4080 Heavy & Lite Wall T-Slot Aluminum Extrusions, Part #40-6130.
This METRIC jig measures 40mm wide x 80mm long x 12mm thick (1.58" x 3.15" x .47" thick), mounts into the T-slots of the 40-4080 lite and heavy wall extrusions, and has locator lines for accurate hole location. This piece allows you to drill (2) 7.1mm diameter access holes spaced 40mm (1.58") apart and has hardened dowel pins to prevent rotation. This is NEW INVENTORY from the factory and includes the mounting hardware. The indicated price is per piece.
