Subject New 4" x 27' webbing for 4" winch
New, Never been used 4" x 27' semi tie down to be used with a 4" welded ratchet on a semi truck. It has a flat hook on one and and just cut on the other to wrap around the 4" welded ratchet on the trailer.
It is Securall brand, 15,000 lb break,
